Summary
1. The law firm of Sutts, Strosberg LLP is counsel in a proposed class action against Armtec Infrastructure Inc. (“Armtec”), Charles M. Phillips, James R. Newell, Michael S. Skea, Donald W. Cameron, Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. .

3. The plaintiff alleges that before Armtec raised capital in public markets, the defendants knew or ought to have known that Armtec had not achieved the level of earnings required in order to pay dividends.
4. On June 8, 2011, Armtec disclosed that its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 were disappointing and that it was immediately suspending its dividend. Since the announcement, the price of Armtec’s shares have declined by more than 60 percent.
